 Ms. Jones enthusiastically took on the job of listing my home. We immediately began to receive interest and prospects. In addition, Ms. Jones is a great communicator. She was quite effective in explaining and guiding me through the process of selling a home. I definitely recommend her services to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home.

Shortly after entering into a listing and sales agreement with Ms Jones she conducted research on the property to determine a marketing strategy based on it's current zoning.  She used a variety of sources to advertise the property including internet real estate services. Ms Jones stayed in frequent contact with me throughout the entire listing and sales process.  She was diligent and conscientious and was able to bring numerous potential buyers to the property.  After not being able to obtain a viable offer, she recommended a systematic pricing reducing strategy the ultimately resulted in the successful sale of my property.  I have already recommended her to other property owners.

She worked with us to overcome obstacles and helped us understand the requirements pertaining to our property zoning. She worked harder and did more than any of the three prior agents in a shorter period of time. She was able to directly address unforeseen issues and quickly resolve them to our satisfaction.

Ms. Jones listed my secondary home directly after me signing the required documents to sell. Kept me informed on all of the offers received as well as discussing the offers when I had questions or concerns. The total process was quite pleasant.
